If you have not used the site, or rented from a private owner before; this page should answer any questions you have about using the site and organising the perfect holiday!




What will I find on this site?

www.tenerifeholidayrental.com gives you full details and photos of our unique luxury properties where you can spend your dream holidays. Each property has a breakdown of the facilities available not only in the apartment/ villa but also the surrounding areas, such as bars/restaurants and sporting activities.

In addition, we have included a wealth of information on the beautiful island of Tenerife. This includes
Information on all the major attractions such as Theme Parks, Sightseeing, Nightlife, Activities, Outdoor pursuits, Aqua and Marine Tours; as well as giving valuable information on available car rental agencies, flight, and insurance companies to help you prepare fully for your holiday escape.

What is a holiday rental property?

A holiday rental is somewhere to stay which has its own living room and kitchen facilities - as well as bedrooms and bathrooms. We give you value for money, freedom and privacy

What time of year should I go?

While it is always good to go on holiday in July and August, there are many benefits to going off-season, especially in Spring/Autumn and even Winter as the climate in Tenerife is perfect for all seasons. Also note that you will pay much less for flights if you avoid Christmas, New Year, school half term and Easter.

How do I make a booking?

When you decide to book please contact us via email or telephone on the following:

We will then confirm if we have the dates you require available. If you are flexible on the dates then let us know and we may be able to fit you in around a similar time.

When you make your booking you will be asked to pay a deposit (the amount determined by the property you require) via postal cheque to our UK address or bank transfer to confirm and hold the booking. Once we have received this payment we will then send you confirmation details and arrange for a suitable method of picking up the key.

The rest of the payment will we will accept in cash once you arrive at your destination in Tenerife, no cheques are accepted upon arrival.

What about travel arrangements?

Check out the travel and car hire deals on our web site. For properties such as Santa Maria, a cheap taxi can be taken from the airport, while others such as Guia De Isora require a car rental to reach them.

Please contact us for more information or recommendations on how to get to and from the airport. If requested we can email/post you a location map to make finding the property easy. Conversely we can also arrange airport transfers if so desired.

What happens when I arrive/leave the property?

This really depends upon the arrangements made over the telephone. We may organise for airport pickup or give the key to you in person upon arrival at the complex/villa/apartment.


Please respect our properties and leave them as you would expect any visitor to leave your own. The keys can be left within your accommodation.

What if there is a problem during my holiday?
